At TRHOVE MARKET, we want you to love your item as much as we do. We understand that purchasing vintage and pre-loved items online can require a little extra reassurance, and we’re here to support you.
If you have any concerns about your order, please email us at hello@trhove.com or trhovemarket@gmail.com, and we will do our best to make it right.
Sale Items
Sale items are offered at special prices and are therefore final sale. This means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Important Notes About Vintage Items
All of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, and as such, are not brand new. We make every effort to describe each item accurately and provide clear, detailed imagery. Please read descriptions thoroughly and review all images before purchasing.
If you’d like additional photos or videos before buying, we’re happy to provide them—just let us know. We encourage thoughtful purchases—each of our pieces is one-of-a-kind, and returning items can risk damage and incur unnecessary emissions. If you have any doubts, we're happy to help with additional photos, videos, or sizing advice before you buy.
Amendments to Orders
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, email us as soon as possible at trhovemarket@gmail.com with URGENT in the subject line. If your item has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate the change.
Returns by Region
United Kingdom & Europe
We comply with Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be returned unworn and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, in which case return costs will be refunded.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

EU Customers: Customs and duty charges are non-refundable.

USA
Your statutory rights apply.
At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases for US customers.
If there is an issue with your order or it is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us at trhovemarket@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it.
Australia
If your item is misdescribed, we are happy to offer a refund and cover return shipping.

Items must be returned unworn, with tags and original packaging (including authenticity cards or dust bags, where applicable).

If you wish to cancel or amend your order before dispatch, email us at hello@trhove.com with URGENT in the subject line.
Other Countries
Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds outside the UK, Europe, USA, or Australia. All international sales (outside these regions) are final.
That said, if there’s an issue with your order, we encourage you to reach out—we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately at trhovemarket@gmail.com if it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you’ve not received a refund, please get in touch.
If your item is not collected from a parcel shop or postal depot and is returned to us, a customs and restocking fee will be applied.
