Are your items authentic?
- The short answer is YES! Authenticity is our number one priority. 

We purchase from some of the largest suppliers of vintage designer goods, who are reputable in the field. They provide items for large vintage boutiques. It is their legal responsibility to provide us with authentic items. However, we have our own authenticity checking procedure that we like to carry out on every item, regardless of the suppliers own technology. When we purchase from smaller auctions or locally, we carry out the same stringent authenticity procedures. It is important to note that any item that shows a discrepancy is not sold by us. 

Does my item have original packaging/proof of purchase, authenticity card?
- If a product comes with these items, it will be noted in the description box.

Due to the nature of vintage, pre-loved and older items previous owners may not have kept original packaging or authenticity cards. Which is unfortunate but does not mean the item is not legitimate. However, we know that this is a special part of any luxury purchase and we don't want you to miss out! We often purchase surplus and vintage designer packaging. For example, many sunglasses do not come with their original case but we match you with a case from the same brand. Even our packaging materials are pre-loved!


I missed out on an item/ I want to purchase a vintage item that isn't on the website...
- Our items are 1 of 1 but we're sorry you missed out! Please email us if this happens and we can direct you to the best alternative or let you know if we have more of the item coming soon. 

We offer vintage sourcing. So if there is a bag/shoe etc that you need we've got your back. Send us an email with the item information/picture and your budget and we'll do the hard work!


2.Shipping and delivery:

Where are you based?
- We're based in the UK. We only sell items online. 

What countries do you ship to?
- We ship to the majority of countries. All of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Japan. If you do not see the country you would like to ship to at check out please let us know and we can rectify this.

Countries with sanctions may not be included. 

How much is shipping & How long does it take?
- We want to ensure you receive your item in a timely and secure manner. Shipping costs vary depending on location, the size of item and whether you want express or standard shipping. We have flat rate shipping costs (if it costs more, we cover it). 

For destinations within the UK, we offer standard or express shipping. Standard is typically 3-5 days. Express is 1-2 days.

For destinations outside of the UK, we use DHL or UPS. We have found them to be the most secure, affordable and time efficient. We only send our pieces via an express service, this is to ensure a timely and secure service. For ireland an express service can take 1+ days. The rest of the word this service takes 3-5 days. For international customers, please read the customs and import charge information below. 

- At checkout the cost of posting your item will be calculated.  

- If you require your item same day or in less than 24 hours, please dm us on your preferred socials or email us at trhovemarket@gmail.com

 

 

Will I have to pay customs/tax/vat?
- If you are receiving your item in the UK there will no be no additional charges. 

- TRHOVE MARKET does not charge a tax or VAT. 

For international orders: 

When shopping international (importing goods) you may be subject to custom charges, import charges or/and duties. These fees are charged by your local border force. For more information on how these fees are calculated please visit your local government website. 

- TRHOVE MARKET is not liable to pay any custom or import charges in the country you receive the item. The buyer must pay the charges or face additional charges/delays. 


How can I pay for my item?
- We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple pay, PayPal. Split your payments up and use CLEARPAY.
