1. Questions about products/services: 

1a) Are your items authentic?
Yes! Authenticity is our top priority.

We only work with trusted suppliers who are known in the industry for providing genuine vintage designer goods. Even so, every item we sell goes through our own rigorous in-house authentication process, regardless of where it came from. If there’s ever any doubt about an item’s authenticity, we won’t sell it — simple as that. 

1b) Does my item have original packaging/proof of purchase, authenticity card?
Original packaging, receipts, or authenticity cards are rare with pre-loved and vintage items, as they’re often lost or discarded over time. If any of these are included, we’ll always make that clear in the product description.

That being said, we know the unboxing experience matters. Where possible, we pair items with authentic vintage packaging from the same brand — like sunglasses matched with a branded case — and we also use pre-loved packaging materials to keep it sustainable.


1c) I missed out on an item/ I want to purchase a vintage item that isn't on the website...
Most of our pieces are one of one, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. If you missed out, send us an email — we might have something similar coming soon, or we’ll help point you in the right direction.

Looking for a specific piece? We offer a vintage sourcing service. Just email us a photo or description of the item you’re after, plus your budget, and we’ll handle the hunt for you.

1d) Can I reserve an item?
We don’t currently offer holds or reservations, as all our items are unique and sell on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend acting fast or using our sourcing service if you miss something.

1e) How can I pay for my item?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple pay, PayPal etc. You can split your payments up and use CLEARPAY too. 


2. Shipping and delivery:

2a) Where are you based?
We're based in the UK. We only sell items online currently.

2b) What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please get in touch with us — we’ll do our best to help and find a solution for you.

Countries with sanctions may not be included. 

2c) How much is shipping & How long does it take?
Please refer to the shipping information page in the footer menu.

2d) Will I have to pay customs/tax/vat?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These fees are determined by your local government, so we recommend checking their website for details before making your purchase.

Please note that TRHOVE MARKET is not responsible for any customs or import charges incurred in your country. The buyer must pay the charger or face additional charges or delays.
